The interview requires the completion of a questionnaire which poses a certain number of questions, the number of which depends on the types of income you receive and on your filing status. Once completed, at the click of a button, your answers will be automatically sent to us. Completing the interview questionnaire is not mandatory, but highly recommended, as you and us will save time at later stages of your return preparation.

The On-line Interview may seem somewhat long to complete, but be aware that the average taxpayer will have to answer only about one third of the questions posed.
